Job Description:

• Assist of daily operational procurement needs such as planning, issuing and PR/PO follow-up, liaise with users’ and suppliers’ inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations, etc
• Source for new potential suppliers, carry out market survey from time to time, comparing price and quality.
• Monthly outlets visiting to gather feedback on supply issue
• Undertake any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent.
• Possess min. 2 years of relevant experience in retail industry will be an added advantage
• Proficient in use of SAP and MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access, Power Point)
• Dynamic, self-motivated and initiative as well as a good team player within multi-national culture
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision
• Preferably familiar with both English and Mandarin communication to liaise with internal users and external local / overseas vendors / suppliers
• Required to work one Saturday per month from 9 am to 1 pm
